If you receive a damaged product or there’s a size issue, don’t worry!
Email us at customercare@petsempire.in within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement soonest
❌ Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us at customercare@petsempire.in.
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once the order is processed/fulfilled, we cannot cancel it.
