Refund Policy

  • Customer can exchange the order within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards , we do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like toys, food items, beds etc
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at ps@petsempire.in and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service,  we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart etc
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Exceptions / non-returnable items
perishable food items are non returnable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, we will ship the exchanged product at your doorstep.

 Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
