5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all original tags

To start a return, please email us at customercare@petsempire.in. Once your return is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed.


🛠 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable food items

  • Pet shoes

  • Pet toys

  • Pet Clothes


🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item is to reach us at customercare@petsempire.in & our team shall reach out to you & guide you the process.
If you choose to exchange/return(T&C apply) your item, a shipping & handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted.


💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
