Directions for Use:

1. Wet your pet's coat thoroughly with lukewarm water.

2. Apply a sufficient amount of Petcare Petben Shampoo to form a rich lather.

3. Gently massage the shampoo into the coat, ensuring it reaches the skin.

4. Leave the shampoo on for 5-10 minutes to allow the active ingredient to work effectively.

5. Rinse thoroughly with water until all the shampoo is removed.

6. Repeat the process as directed by your veterinarian, usually 2-3 times per week.

Precautions:

• For external use only. Avoid contact with your pet's eyes, ears, and mouth.

• If irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.

• Store the shampoo in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Side Effects:

• Some pets may experience mild irritation or dryness after use. If this occurs, reduce the frequency of application or discontinue use and seek veterinary advice.

• In rare cases, an allergic reaction may occur. If you notice any signs of an allergic reaction, such as hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing, seek immediate veterinary care.

It takes around 5-7 business days for the products to get delivered after the confirmation of receiving the payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

In case you have received a damaged product or there are size issues, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at customercare@petsempire.in with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable. 

The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. 

Cancellation

Please mail us at customercare@petsempire.in or contact us on 9999899281 for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed from our warehouse or shipped i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

Changes in your order information 

In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at customercare@petsempire.in and we will help you out with it

5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received

• Unworn or unused

• With all original tags

If you choose to exchange/return(T&C apply) your item, a shipping & handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
