Additives (per kg): Nutritional additives: Vitamin D3: 200 IU, E1 (Iron): 3 mg, E2 (Iodine): 0.26 mg, E4 (Copper): 2 mg, E5 (Manganese): 1 mg, E6 (Zinc): 10 mg - Technological additives: Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin: 2 g.

Analytical constituants: Protein: 7.5% - Fat content: 5.5% - Crude ash: 1.5% - Crude fibres: 1.4% - Moisture: 81.0% - Omega-3 fatty acids: 0.1% - EPA and DHA: 0.08%.

Feeding Guidelines:

It takes around 5-7 business days for the products to get delivered after the confirmation of receiving the payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

In case you have received a damaged product or there are size issues, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at customercare@petsempire.in with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable. 

The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. 

Cancellation

Please mail us at customercare@petsempire.in or contact us on 9999899281 for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed from our warehouse or shipped i.e. until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

Changes in your order information 

In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at customercare@petsempire.in and we will help you out with it

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your current item is to reach us at customercare@petsempire.in & our team shall reach out to you & guide you the process.
If you choose to exchange/return(T&C apply) your item, a shipping & handling fee of ₹150 will be deducted.

💰 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
